Ingredients :
6 kale leaves
3 carrots, cleaned and peeled
2 red apples, chopped
1 beetroot, cleaned and peeled
1 lemon, peeled
A 2.5 cm slice of ginger

Pour one or two cups of water into a blender.
Add all the prepared ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture using a sieve to extract the juice.
Stir the juice thoroughly with a spoon.
For a refreshing touch, add a few ice cubes to your juice.
Store any leftover juice in a glass jar and refrigerate to maintain fresh ness
